COVID-19 Update

Here at Hilltop Tire Service, we are committed to the health and safety of our clients, employees and their families. As we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 locally and worldwide, we have taken action to ensure that our facilities can serve you in the safest way possible.

In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we have increased sanitation measures inside all our facilities and vehicles including:

• 1. Regularly disinfecting high-traffic areas, including waiting rooms, restrooms, employee workstations, and the front counter.
• 2. Disinfecting vehicles before and after test drives, including, but not limited to, keys, door handles, steering wheels, and gear shifts unless requested otherwise.
• 3. Employees are using hand sanitizer before and after driving a client’s car.
• 4. Hand sanitizer units are installed in waiting rooms and front desk for client and employee use.
• 5. Mandating that any employee not feeling well to stay home.
• 6. Key drop available at each location to minimize contact.

• 8. Option to pay over the phone to minimize interactions at our stores.

 

During this challenging time, we will continue to do our part to reduce risk and minimize the spread of this virus. As the situation surrounding COVID-19 progresses, we will continue to implement recommended procedures and policies.
